CarePrepare Releases National Assisted Living & Memory Care Deficiencies Report

CarePrepare, the nation’s first comprehensive database of assisted living and memory care survey deficiencies, has released a two-year analysis covering 43 states and over 95% of units nationwide. The report identifies top deficiency trends and provides comparative state-level insights.
In Washington State, 72% of facilities received citations, with an average of 10 deficiencies per facility. The top areas of concern include:
