DSHS Website is Getting a Facelift

DSHS website is getting a facelift!

As part of their commitment to make it easier to find the information you need, DSHS is seeking input on how to organize their website. To help gather feedback, a company called Anthro-Tech is hosting in-person workshops in Olympia and Lake City near Seattle. The workshops are two hours long and designed as a kind of Choose Your Own Adventure series of questions called “card sort.”

What to Expect

Participants will work in small groups to explore how website content could be organized in a way that makes sense to them.

A researcher will follow up with eligible participants to confirm details. Eligible participants who complete the session will receive a $100 gift card. Those not selected for the in-person card sort will have the opportunity to participate in an online card sort. This current card sort is only for our external partners, not DSHS employees. DSHS employees will have the opportunity to participate in their own specific card-sort survey in the near future. Further details will be coming soon.

How You Can Help

DSHS is looking for people who would like to participate in these workshops.
