WHCA November Staff Retreat

Last week, WHCA staff convened in person for a combined quarterly meeting/”Holidays in November” retreat. Every year, we make it a priority to reflect on the previous year and set goals for continued high-caliber service to our members in the new one.

This year was no different, and we were also able to include some special holiday fun! From wreath-making to Elf on the Shelf shenanigans to a Family Feud-style game night, team WHCA had a great time bonding after our meetings.

In order to spread some extra holiday cheer this year, every staff member of WHCA put together gift bags for the residents of Emerald Care Center in Wapato, a member facility close to where our staff retreat was held. Special shoutout to WHCA’s own Elena Madrid for safely delivering all of the gifts to Emerald Care Center!

We look forward to setting our 2026 goals in motion and continuing to provide resources and service to our members!
