Washington Equal Pay and Opportunity Act – Reminder for Providers

This week we heard from a provider who had questions about Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunity Act. For those of you who aren’t familiar, the law requires employers with 15 or more people to provide a description of all benefits, and any other compensation the employee will receivein all open job postings. Here is the Department of Labor and Industries Administrative Policy that provides guidance on compliance.
