Federal Legislation Expands Veterans’ Access to AL
On January 2, President Biden signed S. 141 into law – allowing the VA to contract directly with assisted living providers. WHCA staff collaborated with our national affiliate partners to advance this legislation and look forward to continuing our work to expand access to care.
