CMS has refreshed the Quality, Certification, and Oversight Reports (QCOR) following the July 2025 data freeze.
The refreshed QCOR reports on the QCOR Home website include:
- Active Provider and Supplier Counts
- New Provider and Supplier Counts
- Terminated Provider Counts
- Survey Activity Report
- Deficiency Count Report
- Citation Frequency Report
