Ceca Foundation Invites You to Share Stories

Ceca, a 501c3 charity dedicated to recognizing and rewarding the exceptional efforts of post-acute and long-term care workers, is collecting stories from providers, employees, and patients, residents and families about the impact care workers have on people’s lives. Submissions can be in the form of written testimonials, but participants are encouraged to record a video through Ceca’s platform and provide inspiring stories that highlight our industry at its best. The deadline to submit is February 15, 2025.

In addition to featuring stories about AHCA/NCAL member employees, Ceca will be providing $2,500 cash prizes to select 2024 National Ceca Award recipients around the country. We encourage providers and their employees, residents, and family constituents to participate by sharing their stories.  A toolkit to share the call for nominations through various channels is available here.
