Important Updates about WHCA Education

Beginning October 1, 2025, two new policies will impact WHCA’s virtual and in-person education opportunities.

• In accordance with legislation passed earlier this year, live presentations, workshops, and courses are subject to retail sales tax. This applies to both in-person and virtual events.
• Payment for education events must be made at the time of registration. WHCA will no longer be able to invoice our members for education, including Annual Convention and Fall Conference registrations.
