Washington decisionmakers rely on the Health Workforce Sentinel Network to understand real world employer challenges, from hiring and retention to policy and innovation. It’s been a year since the last Sentinel Network data collection effort, and a lot has changed.

Washington’s Sentinel Network is a collaboration of the state’s Workforce Board and the University of Washington’s Center for Health Workforce Studies and a program of Washington’s Health Workforce Council. Funding to initiate the Sentinel Network came from the Healthier Washington initiative, with ongoing support from the Washington Legislature.
