Grassroots Update: National Skilled Nursing Care Week

National Skilled Nursing Care Week (May 10-16) is an opportunity to highlight the human side of long-term care. As your facility participates in AHCA’s National Skilled Nursing Care Week, please remember that activities that put residents front and center give local legislators, city or county representatives, or other dignitaries a chance to see the quality care provided at your facility. Seeing the relationship between caregivers and residents is an important step toward understanding the role skilled nursing plays in our continuum of care.
