AHCA/NCAL Quality Award Examiner Recognition
WHCA is proud to recognize the dedicated individual from Washington state, Khadija Sheikh of PACS, who has been selected to serve as a 2026 AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Silver Examiner. Quality Award Examiners play a vital role in advancing quality improvement across long-term and post-acute care nationwide.
By volunteering their time and applying their extensive training in the Baldrige Excellence Framework and Quality Award criteria, they help ensure a fair and thorough review process at the Bronze, Silver, and Gold award levels. While their commitment strengthens the integrity of the National Quality Award Program, it also brings invaluable insights back to local communities, enhancing organizational excellence and improving quality of care and quality of life for the residents we serve.
On behalf of all of us at WHCA, we’d like to thank Khadija for her time and dedication to this important role.
