Northwest Healthcare Response Network (NWHRN) has compiled a convenient list of resources, tools and templates to assist long term care providers with their disaster preparedness and emergency planning. The list is not all inclusive or directly applicable to all long-term care settings, it is meant to be a resource and includes best practices.
