Watch Your Inbox: Washington Health Information Technology Landscape and Readiness Assessment

The Washington Health Care Authority (HCA) will begin distributing survey invitations to provider organizations in mid-October. Results from this survey will help HCA understand providers’ current technology capabilities, data exchange practices, challenges, and support needs. The responses will be used to inform future health IT planning and to identify where support and investment are needed most.

The survey is currently under review and will cover six key areas: technical, administrative, executive, prior authorization, privacy and compliance, and operations.
