Member Alert: Quarterly Bed Count Audits

WHCA strives to provide our members with high-quality service and value while keeping dues affordable. We have been implementing ongoing improvements to streamline our operations and accounting procedures to keep our memberships easy and accessible.

As a part of these improvements, and in an effort to maintain more accurate billing records, WHCA will begin implementing a quarterly audit of our members’ bed counts.

If your facility’s bed count with DSHS has changed in any given quarter, you can expect to receive an update from our team with your new billing information. Please be sure to review this update promptly and let us know if there are any inaccuracies.
