New Process for Submitting IDR Requests

The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has issued a “Dear Provider” letter outlining the new process for all provider types to submit Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) requests using the online form. WHCA is hosting a free webinar on October 28 to provide an overview of the process and give members further instructions about when and how to complete the form.
