Construction Review Services at DOH: Box.com Now Includes Terms of Service

On Friday, April 5, 2024, DOH rolled out new security features for external Box.com users that requires acceptance of new Terms of Service

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance security and compliance, DOH’s Box environment (Box Secure) will now include a Terms of Service (TOS) for accessing Box Secure. All new and existing users must accept the new Terms of Service. If you do not, you will not be able to access your existing Construction Review project folders.

Effective Date: 

The new Terms of Service (TOS) went live on April 5, 2024. 

What is the Terms of Service (TOS)? 

The Terms of Service (TOS) is a one-time event for each user, that requires all users to view and agree to the updated terms before accessing DOH resources in Box Secure. These terms outline the acceptable use of DOH systems, data, and services.

Why is This Important? 

By agreeing to the Terms of Service (TOS), you attest to your commitment to maintaining a secure and responsible digital environment. It ensures that everyone is aware of established acceptable use guidance and practices when using Box Secure.

Review the Terms of Service (TOS): 

When users access Box Secure for the first time on or after the specified date, you must agree to the terms of service before accessing Box Secure DOH shared folders. As a reminder, you should only be presented with these Terms of Service one time; once you have accepted the terms, you should not be presented with the terms of service again.
