Your Input Needed: Sentinel Network Survey Follow-Up
Earlier this year, the Sentinel Network at the University of Washington conducted its annual healthcare career data collection process. A specific module attempted to gather information regarding the LTC workforce needs across the state of Washington. Responses to one question, while small, were noteworthy as it created questions related to effective communication of the state’s efforts related to LTC workforce development.
The DOH is very interested in clarifying the Sentinel Network responses and to provide a better understanding of the perceptions about the LTC workforce needs and demands. With completion of the 6-minute LTC survey, your responses will guide the LTC Collaboration about the critical work in Washington state related to critical workforce needs and initiatives.
The follow up-survey will remain open till October 6th. This information is vital to shaping Washington’s efforts to ensure a well-trained healthcare workforce that can meet the LTC needs of its residents—now and into the future.
