Free DSHS Training: Minimize Onsite DSHS Complaint Investigations

Residential Care Services (RCS) will be conducting an assisted living facility pilot for investigation of medium – and low-level harm facility-reported incidents (FRIs) that will begin in July. WHCA, LeadingAge WA and RCS are setting up joint training on June 12 for AL facility providers, administrators, and their staff about the pilot and provider expectations.
