WHCA Member Monica Chopra Selected to Join DELP Program

Congratulations to Monica Chopra of Cascadia Senior Living for being selected to join AHCA/NCAL’s Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP). This two-year leadership program consists of education, mentoring, networking, and volunteer service in the AHCA/NCAL community, and aims to empower individuals from underrepresented groups, encompassing race, ethnicity, gender identification, sexual orientation, disability, and religion. In addition to underrepresented groups, DELP recognizes diversity in other areas such as geographic location and organization.

DELP provides support, access, and opportunities for leadership within AHCA/NCAL. The program contributes to AHCA/NCAL by expanding access to a diverse pool of talented members, fostering engagement in leadership roles, including committee members, chairs, board members, AHCA Council of States representatives, and NCAL State Leaders.

Monica is one of 15 honorees selected from a nationwide pool of candidates to participate in this program. We are proud to count Monica and leaders like her in our membership.
