WA Cares Fund Invites Providers to Register

The WA Cares Fund will register qualified providers to offer covered long-term services and supports to eligible beneficiaries starting in July 2026. Skilled nursing and assisted living services qualify. DSHS determines maximum rates for each service, which are published in administrative rules. More information will be added when rulemaking is complete. In the meantime, you can check the rulemaking page for status and draft rules or subscribe for email updates and select DSHS rulemaking.
