The Q2 ’24 Revised Preliminary CMID Reports are Available Now
The Q2 ’24 Revised Preliminary Case Mix Index Detail (CMID) Reports have been released to the authorized email address for your facility.
Your report includes all the MDS assessments from April 1, 2024, through June 30, 2024. This Report will be used to set rates beginning in January 2025.

When emailing the [email protected], please do not list the resident name or other identifying information unless you are using a Secure Email. We are able to review your inquiries as we have access to your validation reports. If we need to send you detailed information about a specific resident(s), we will send the information via Secure Email and you will need to log-in with a password to retrieve it.
