Residential Care Services and Providers to Join Together for Quarterly Meeting in Seattle Area
WHCA and LeadingAge Washington have worked closely with Washington’s assisted living and skilled nursing facility licensing agency, Residential Care Services (RCS), to bring information and collaboration amongst the survey teams, their supervisors, and long-term care providers.
These quarterly meetings not only offer continuing education units, but also provide the ability to network with those who survey your building. These meetings are always free of charge.
The next meeting is August 28th at Highline Community College in Des Moines. Skilled nursing providers meet from 9 AM – noon; assisted living providers meet from 1 – 4 PM. If you are able, we highly recommend attending in person so you can create or enhance relationships with surveyors, field managers, and regional administrators. For those unable to attend in person, there is a virtual option.
