WHCA Board of Directors Election

This week, WHCA announced the candidates for the 2026-2028 election cycle for the Board of Directors.

The WHCA Board of Directors plays a critical role in guiding the Association’s strategic direction, advancing advocacy priorities, and ensuring that WHCA continues to effectively support and advocate for skilled nursing and assisted living providers across Washington State. Board members represent the voice of the WHCA membership and help shape policies and initiatives that direct association priorities.

WHCA would like to take a moment to express our gratitude for the leaders who are taking on even more by throwing their names in the ring. We want to honor the extra work required to take on running for the Board and the important efforts made by those who hold positions. We acknowledge the full plates all of our members have, and are extremely thankful whenever they are able and willing to step up to help continue improving the quality of long-term care in Washington state through leadership and advocacy.

We thank those who have responded to the call to leadership. Criteria for each office can be found in the WHCA bylaws. We encourage you to learn more about the 2026 slate of candidates by reviewing their bios and candidate statements on our website.

Ballots will be distributed to eligible voters on March 23; elections close April 6, 2026. New board members will be announced on April 27, 2026.
