Announcing the Winter 2025 NH and ALF Forums

You are invited to attend the Aging and Long-Term Care Support Administration, Division of Residential Care Services Winter 2025 NH and ALF Forums.  They are open to providers and an occasion for you to meet your Residential Care Services Field Managers and Regional Administrators, discuss important topics of interest, hear regulatory updates, receive education, and learn about opportunities for quality improvement.  Most importantly, you have the chance to come together and strengthen communication and understanding of our shared mission and partnership of quality care and service delivery in nursing homes and assisted living facilities for our most vulnerable clients and residents in state. 

Residential Care Services is pleased to partner with the Washington Health Care Association and LeadingAge of Washington to bring you these forums on February 12, 2025. Forum education will be 1) Introduction to the Department of Social and Health Services new logo, vision, mission, and values, 2) a case study, and 3) policy updates.  Continuing education is being sought for ALF facility staff that need to meet requirements under WAC 388-112A.
