Home and Community Living Administration to Host Webinar on H.R. 1
Last year, House Resolution 1 (H.R. 1) was passed by Congress and signed into law by President Donald Trump. This federal legislation will have significant impacts on Apple Health (Medicaid) eligibility.
H.R. 1 introduces new requirements that affect Apple Health coverage for Washington state residents, including those that receive long-term care services and supports.
Our top priority is to implement new federal requirements in ways that minimize coverage loss and reduce customer burden. To support this effort the Health Care Authority is hosting a webinar focused on these impacts.
