Residential Care Services (RCS) Surveyors and Investigators to Wear Masks Onsite During the Respiratory Virus Season

DSHS issued a Dear Provider Letter notifying skilled nursing and assisted living facility providers that surveyors and complaint investigators, along with other RCS staff, will begin wearing medical masks for onsite facility visits starting October 1.
