The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) strives to offer the most up to date training for long-term care workers. They value the time and effort you put into training, and they want to ensure value and quality within the curricula you are teaching.
Effective July 1st, 2024, they are sunsetting the following outdated continuing education training material.
- DSHS Traumatic Brain Injury: Strategies for Surviving and Thriving – 5 hours
- DSHS – Navigating Challenging Behaviors – 3 hours

- Medication Assistance Activities – 2 hours
- Portable Orders for Life Saving Treatment (POLST) – 1.5 hours

- Mental Health Specialty Training – 8 hours
- Traumatic Brain Injury Specialty Training – 8 hours
- Diabetes Specialty Training – 8 hours
- Substance Use Disorder Specialty – 8 hours
