Grassroots Update: What’s a PAC, and Why Should I Care?

In the coming weeks and months, you’ll be hearing more about WHCA’s Political Action Committee as we kick fundraising efforts into high gear. The WHCA-PAC’s purpose is simple: it’s how we work as a community to support political candidates aligned with our mission. This is important not only to get the right people elected, but to ensure current and future elected leaders understand your work and its importance to Washington’s health care systemWe have a strong history of bipartisan political action–it is one of the strategies we use to engage with and educate policymakers. We hope to count on your support for these efforts. Please plan to join us at the WHCA-PAC Bowl-A-Rama at Annual Convention on May 21 and learn more about our work!
