CMS Releases Anticipated Resources for Updated CMPRP

On September 29, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued QSO-25-26-NH, outlining updates to the Civil Monetary Penalty Reinvestment Program (CMPRP). Due to the federal government shutdown, the resources anticipated in early October were delayed. On December 1, the additional resources were added to the CMPRP webpage. Those resources include the following:
