Each year, WHCA hosts these webinars to review the most common citations in both assisted living communities and skilled nursing facilities, so you can prepare for your next survey or inspection with confidence and be prepared for whatever comes your way.

January 15: The Assisted Living session will review the top WAC sections the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) licensors have cited over the past year. We’ll cover the top ten citations and identify reasons the WAC is an issue for many assisted living providers.
