Provider Member Rates

Individual – Full Convention $499 per person Includes access to education sessions meals on all days, tradeshow, awards luncheon, and evening activities.
Individual  – Tuesday Only $249 per person Includes access to education sessions and meals on Tuesday only, tradeshow, awards luncheon, and PAC Bowl-a-Rama (participation access sold separately).
Individual – Monday or Wednesday Only $169 per person Includes access to education sessions and meals on chosen day only.
Group Rate – Full Convention $499 $375 per person Buy 3, get 1 free! Group rates are only available to provider members in good standing and for the full convention. All registrants in your group must be from the same facility. Contact [email protected] to register your team with this discount.

 

Non-Member Provider Rates

Individual – Full Convention $998 per person Includes access to education sessions meals on all days, tradeshow, awards luncheon, and evening activities.
Individual – Tuesday Only $498 per person Includes access to education sessions and meals on Tuesday only, tradeshow, awards luncheon, and PAC Bowl-a-Rama (participation access sold separately).
Individual – Monday or Wednesday Only $338 per person Includes access to education sessions and meals on chosen day only.

 

Associate Business Members

Associate Business members are invited to attend the 2025 Annual Convention to network with provider members, make connections at the trade show, and demonstrate their commitment to Washington’s long-term care community through sponsorship. Please note: registration to attend the Annual Convention for networking is limited to those who purchase any of the following:

  • Trade Show Exhibit Tables – $1300 for members, $2600 for nonmembers. Includes 2 registrations to the full Convention.
  • AB Membership Packages – starting at $2400. Packages include annual member dues, sponsorships, and an exhibit table for one or both of our trade shows this year. 2 full registrations are included for one or both in-person events.
  • Premium Event Sponsorships – starting at $1500. Many Premium Event Sponsorships are exclusive opportunities, and include 2 full registrations for the respective sponsored event.

AB members who qualify will be able to purchase additional individual registrations for $269 each. These registrations include access to networking activities such as the Welcome Reception, Dine-Around, and PAC Bowl-a-Rama, as well as the Awards Luncheon and included breakfasts. Membership Package purchasers also receive an exclusive invitation to the CEO Campfire Chat with Carma Matti-Jackson and the owners and executives of many of our provider members.
