WHCA has been informed that the Marriott Tacoma Downtown is fully booked for this event. If you are still in need of a room, we encourage you to make a reservation at the Courtyard Tacoma Downtown, which is conveniently located directly across the street (1515 Commerce St, Tacoma) from the convention hotel.

Trade Show Exhibit Tables– Exhibit tables for this trade show are sold out! Our next opportunity to exhibit will be at the WHCA/IHCA Fall Conference, September 8-10 in Spokane. Packages include annual member dues, sponsorships, and an exhibit table for one or both of our trade shows this year.
- Premium Event Sponsorship – starting at $1500. Many Premium Event Sponsorships are exclusive opportunities, and include two full registrations for the respective sponsored event.
AB members who qualify will be able to purchase additional individual registrations for $269 each. These registrations include access to networking activities such as the Welcome Reception, Dine-Around, and PAC Bowl-a-Rama, as well as the Awards Luncheon and included breakfasts. Membership Package purchasers also receive an exclusive invitation to the CEO Campfire Chat with Carma Matti-Jackson and the owners and executives of many of our provider members.

CEO Campfire Chat (Invite Only) – 4:00pm-4:30pm

At this invitation-only event, connect in person with WHCA CEO Carma Matti-Jackson and your colleagues for an opportunity to discuss the most pressing issues currently facing long-term care providers and explore possible solutions with some of the most prominent leaders in Washington State’s long-term care sector.
Welcome Reception – 4:30-5:30pm
- Grab some drinks, shake some hands, and get settled in at this year’s Welcome Reception. This is your chance to start the Convention off right with some light networking and colleague bonding! Meet some new folks, discuss the first few education sessions, or just kick back and relax with a cocktail for the evening.
AB Dine-Around – Monday evening
- AB Members – this is your time to connect with the provider attendees of your choosing in a more intimate, personalized setting. Whether you choose to take them out for dinner at one of Tacoma’s tasty downtown restaurants, grab some drinks at a nearby watering hole, or book your own hospitality suite for a stylish soiree, our providers are sure to be impressed! Excellence in Service Awards Luncheon – 11:30am-1:00pm
- Join us midday on Tuesday as we honor and celebrate some of our wonderful provider members at this year’s Excellence in Service Awards Luncheon. Enjoy a delicious bite to eat and take a moment to applaud our 2025 Awardees.
Trade Show Exhibition – 3:30pm-5:00pm
- Join WHCA and our business partners for a trade show exhibition after Tuesday’s education sessions. Discover new solutions to challenges your facility may be facing, discuss opportunities that can improve the lives of your residents and employees, and get some face time with businesses that are looking to connect with providers like you.
PAC Bowl-A-Rama – 6:00pm-9:00pm
- This hit WHCA-PAC FUNdraiser is back! Last year’s PAC Night Bowl-a-Rama was the biggest, loudest, can’t-miss event from our 2024 Annual Convention – so we’re setting up the pins and can’t wait to do it all again!
