Understanding Changes to the WHCA Group Retrospective Rating Program (GRRP)

The GRRP has implemented significant changes for the upcoming year that starts July 1 that are intended to restore healthy refunds being distributed to participants. These changes include invoiced charges for participation, higher underwriting standards, increased participation requirements, and revamped refund distribution methods.
