Tables are now on sale!

Eligible WHCA Associate Business members are strongly encouraged to upgrade their membership to a package that includes tables to secure the best rate. However, tables are also available for separate purchase for members who do not wish to upgrade, or are ineligible for a package upgrade, and for nonmembers.

Important info about trade show tables:

All exhibitors will receive a list of registered attendees prior to the Convention.
Tables will be assigned by WHCA staff. Members who purchased an upgraded package get higher priority table placement.
All table purchases include two full Convention registrations. This will allow your team members to participate in Convention activities such as the AB Appreciation Reception on Monday, May 20, and the PAC Night Bowl-a-Rama after the trade show on Tuesday, May 21. Additional single-day or full-event registrations may be purchased separately if you would like more than two team members to attend.
Nonmembers may need to be approved before they can complete a table purchase.
Lapsed members will need to pay their 2024 membership dues before they can be eligible to receive member rates for their tables and registrations.
