Grassroots Update: Capitol Update is Back

WHCA is excited to announce the return of our member-exclusive weekly newsletter, Capitol Update, which will provide thorough and timely insight into Olympia throughout the legislative session.

The first issue will be released Monday, December 29, with WHCA’s analysis of the Governor’s supplemental budget proposal, highlighting decisions that will impact long-term care. We will continue to build on that work in subsequent issues, offering analysis alongside recommendations and action items needed for a strong, unified response from our network of long-term care advocates.

WHCA members, watch your inbox every Monday through the end of the short Session in March, where Capitol Update will deliver weekly wrap-up analysis of key developments, stories to watch, and legislation worth tracking. The newsletter will also feature a new, simplified layout that elevates the most important information to the top. Rest assured – it will continue to deliver the same high-quality work straight from the WHCA team.
