Internal Revenue Code 6104(e)(1) directs organizations exempt from taxation under IRC 501(a) to provide copies of their annual returns (Forms 990 and 990EZ) for public inspection for a three-year period. These returns may be requested in writing and will be provided within a 30-day period. A small administrative fee will be charged for copies and postage.

In compliance with Section 6033 (e) of the Internal Revenue Code (the Code), the Washington Health Care Association reasonably estimates that 16.94% of the 2025 WHCA membership dues will be spent on lobbying and other expenditures subject to section 162(e)(1) of the Code. Therefore, this portion of the membership dues is not deductible for Federal income tax purposes.

NCCAP’s Activity Director Certification (ADC) Course

The ADC course is self-paced and provides the educational foundation required for individuals seeking eligibility to apply for NCCAP’s ADC credential. This credential meets the professional standards of practice to lead, manage, and direct an activities and life enrichment department and evaluate its effectiveness. The ADC credential helps ensure compliance with F680 – the CMS requirements for nursing facility activity professional qualifications.

ADC course registration includes the national ADC certification exam, a two-year recognition of the NCCAP ADC credential upon successfully completing the exam with a score of 70 percent or higher, and a two-year membership in the National Association of Activity Professionals.
