Join us for the 2025 DSHS Survey Agency: Winter Forum for ALs!

This virtual forum, hosted by the Aging and Long-Term Care Support Administration’s Division of Residential Care Services (ALTSA/RCS), offers a unique opportunity to engage with Field Managers and Regional Administrators on topics critical to provider interests. This quarter Residential Care Services will be introducing the Department of Social and Health Services new logo, mission, and values that became effective October 2024. The Division wants providers to be familiar with the updates and its application.

Learning Objectives

After participating in the winter 2025 forum, attendees should be able to:

• Recognize DSHS’ new logo
• Describe DSHS’s new mission, vision, and values
• Understand why the agency reframed its brand from a deficit to asset-based approach
• Know website to learn more how DSHS created the new brand on the DSHS website

Additional outcomes, providers will gain insight into key regulatory updates, discuss important policy changes, and explore quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing care in long-term care settings. This collaborative event emphasizes the importance of strengthening communication and fostering partnerships that support quality care for our most vulnerable clients and residents.
