NCCAP’s Activity Director Certification (ADC) Course
The ADC course is self-paced and provides the educational foundation required for individuals seeking eligibility to apply for NCCAP’s ADC credential. This credential meets the professional standards of practice to lead, manage, and direct an activities and life enrichment department and evaluate its effectiveness. The ADC credential helps ensure compliance with F680 – the CMS requirements for nursing facility activity professional qualifications.
ADC course registration includes the national ADC certification exam, a two-year recognition of the NCCAP ADC credential upon successfully completing the exam with a score of 70 percent or higher, and a two-year membership in the National Association of Activity Professionals.
