This virtual forum, hosted by the Aging and Long-Term Care Support Administration’s Division of Residential Care Services (ALTSA/RCS), offers a unique opportunity to engage with Field Managers and Regional Administrators on topics critical to provider interests. Forum education will be about 1) Home and Community Services Administration (HCLA) and Residential Care Services Division (RCS) structure realignment to manager a state budget shortfall and DSHS’ Reimagine Initiative and 2) RCS’ rulemaking process following the state standard rulemaking process.

Additional outcomes, providers will gain insight into key regulatory updates, discuss important policy changes, and explore quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing care in long-term care settings. This collaborative event emphasizes the importance of strengthening communication and fostering partnerships that support quality care for our most vulnerable clients and residents.
