February 25, 2025 UPDATE: The WHCA Board of Directors is evaluating the group retro safety rebate program to determine whether it is adequately providing the fiscal benefits our members need. During this evaluation period, the program will be suspended. We expect to release updates on this process ahead of the group retro renewal period in May. Applications submitted prior to February 21, 2025, will still be processed. Please check this page for further updates.
The WHCA Group Retro program provides cost-effective group coverage for workers compensation claims for skilled nursing facilities and residential care facilities in current WHCA membership.
