Washington Foundation for Long-Term Care Scholarship Program

The Washington Foundation for Long-Term Care is accepting applications for the 2010 scholarship awards program. Please distribute the applications to interested staff in your facility. Any long-term care facility staff member enrolling or already enrolled in a healthcare educational program sponsored or provided by a college or university may apply. The deadline for applications is March 31, 2010.

Click on the following link to download the application form (PDF). Please post the notice of scholarship availability in a prominent place in your facility! Feel free to make as many copies as you need to distribute.

Applications must be complete in order to be considered for scholarship award. Applications must also be at the WHCA office on or before March 31, 2010. Applications received after that time will not be considered. Please send all applications to:
