New Federal Minimum Wage Poster--Action Required!

The new Fair Minimum Wage Act of 2007, which increases the federal minimum wage rate to $5.85 per hour, becomes effective July 24, 2007.

The Department of Labor (DOL) requires the new Federal Minimum Wage Poster to be displayed by all employers subject to Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) requirements. The posting requirement applies to all employers including those who operate in states where the current state minimum wage is higher than the new federal rate. Your mandatory labor law postings will need to reflect this new information.

There are four (4) versions of the official new Federal Minimum Wage Poster. You may choose and print the version of the poster that fits your needs. You should display the poster in a conspicuous place in your organization and/or locations.
